Working together with one shared vision – creating state-of-the-art digital products for our park partners that encourage users to explore America’s great natural resources, while providing an uncluttered environment for marketers to truly engage consumers. This is our mission, and each of us is committed to making it happen
With years of experience in Marketing, Digital Development and Media Sales, Brett leads our diverse team of technical experts, graphic designers, writers, and researchers. A real “techy” when it comes to all thing mobile, he also leads the communication with Top Media Ad Agencies and Brands in the digital media sales efforts. On his days off, he is an avid fisherman and true “park guy.” Creator of many innovative Pocket Ranger® features and functions, Brett gets his best ideas when he’s hiking some remote trail or waist high in a cool mountain stream. You may even see him listed on the Pocket Ranger® Geo Challenge Leaderboard.
When he’s not out in the woods with his dogs or meeting with senior park managers around the country, Rich sets the vision and provides overall guidance for the business. As a CPA and lawyer, he’s a stickler for numbers, but Rich also loves to get to know our sponsors and help them create strategic campaigns for our Pocket Ranger® platform. He’s frequently asked to speak at conferences related to the mobile industry; recently discussing “Augmented Reality and New Technologies in Mobile”.
An American history buff and attendee of the US War College, Greg brings his legal background to good use when negotiating contracts with our state agency partners. He created our “sponsor revenue share” model which allows states to get a custom built Pocket Ranger® app and mobile website for free, plus a percentage of all sponsor revenues (no wonder we’re now coast-to-coast and will soon completely cover the map!). Although Greg may be out inspecting a Civil War battlefield, he’s the guy to talk with if you’re a state, federal, or county agency, or other unique venue, and want to learn more about our digital platform and expertise.

Beth manages all of PBN’s sponsorships, ensuring in every case that we over-deliver on client expectations.

PBN’s young team of expert graphic artists brings a wealth of creative talent and thinking to our projects. They maintain the look, style, and tone of all elements of the Pocket Ranger® platform, ensuring branding consistency and ease-of-use. Their collective backgrounds encompass experience in both digital and print from working at various top ad agencies and graphic design studios. Their work has resulted in high rankings for our apps, and praise from users.
PBN’s writers are all outdoor enthusiasts who participate in a wide variety of activities, from hunting and fishing to outdoor cooking, camping and wilderness exploration. They have interests in history, flora and fauna, and other topics relevant to our apps and blogs; all of which gives them the hands-on knowledge to create interesting original articles, and edit the materials provided by our state agency partners. All such content is optimized for a better mobile experience.
Together with our outside tech team partner, we constantly monitor the rapidly changing mobile landscape to ensure our applications contain the latest mobile innovations, technical advancements, and provide the highest quality user experience. By continually upgrading the Pocket Ranger® features and functionality, user engagement and retention has increased significantly with each successive version and/or new product launch.
